I have been staying at the Hotel Ambient Turret for the past eight years whenever I visited Bengaluru. It was nice and clean with good service when I stayed for the first time in 2014. Over the years it became better and better. The rooms have the same new look and the food quality and variety took a leap and turn to a new level of excellency now. I talked to the chef during my recent visit. He was quite humble and soft-spoken. Some of his vegetarian dishes are a natural delight without a downpour of oily gravy. The front desk manager, Thomas is quite customer-centric and took personal interest in providing timely service to customers as I observed during my 4-day stay there,

Pros:- - centrally located and easily accessible to all prime locations - located near Mini Forest - Hotel officials are very polite Cons:- - Rooms are smelly - Curtains/ Mattresses, Pillows were very dirty - Hot water is available only in the morning - Dental kit was provided in the room only upon request - Bathroom is too small, specially the shower area
